to help people. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;One couple wanted to go look at homes in the $100,000 range.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The $100,000 range sometimes is very difficult to find anything decent to live in.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;We literally spent every night for about 3 to 4 weeks looking.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;We finally found them the perfect home.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I wrote up the offer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I called my banker to find out what they could qualify for.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;They qualified for a home that was only $80,000 max.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I realized immediately that all my effort was in vain and a waste of time.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I don't want this to happen to you.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;We need to get you &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;pre&lt;/span&gt;-qualified&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Finding out how much you can buy is key.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;There is a big difference in the type and quality of home you can get between the $120,000 and $150,000 price range.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Although, you don't need to max out your price range.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;You will find out in a hurry what price range you will feel comfortable living in.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;You can use your own banker or use mine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;KC &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Kuttler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
