I called my banker to find out what they could qualify for.
They qualified for a home that was only $80,000 max.
I realized immediately that all my effort was in vain and a waste of time.
I don't want this to happen to you.
We need to get you pre-qualified.
Finding out how much you can buy is key.
There is a big difference in the type and quality of home you can get between the $120,000 and $150,000 price range.
Although, you don't need to max out your price range.
You will find out in a hurry what price range you will feel comfortable living in.
You can use your own banker or use mine.
